Helping the youth and young adults get back into society with one strong foundation, at a time.

Incarcerated individuals that have less of a chance getting back into society and have it be a long term success. Lack of funding, housing, and mental support can be detrimental. Raising awareness is the first step. Helping hands for a Stronger Foundation is the second.
